LEADERSHIPPRINCIPAL & FOUNDERCaleb L. Stone
Caleb's career has centered on creating and implementing land-focused solutions for complex problems across A&D, development, and management of properties in multiple basins. He previously served as Director of the Land Department at Luxe Energy LLC and Luxe Minerals LLC, leading sourcing, acquisition, development, and divestment for both Luxe companies. Before Luxe, Caleb took on roles of increasing responsibility in Apache Corporation's Permian office in Midland, where he created innovative solutions to facilitate long-lateral development in the Midland Basin. His career began at XTO Energy in Fort Worth, managing XTO's Marcellus Shale assets. Caleb earned his B.A. in Political Science from Abilene Christian University and his J.D. from Texas A&M University School of Law, and currently serves as an Adjunct Professor of Oil and Gas at UNT Dallas School of Law.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICERDrew Alfred
Drew has worn many hats across top-tier acreage development teams. Before ValleyView, Drew was Senior Landman on BPX Energy's Permian Development team in Denver, organizing and managing BPX's long-term development schedule in the Delaware Basin. Prior to BPX, he served in the same role at Parsley Energy in Austin, generating, evaluating, and closing multiple large-scale transactions while also acting as an area landman in the Midland Basin. Drew also spent time on the Permian Basin development team for Encana Oil and Gas (now Ovintiv). He began his career at Texas Royalty Corp in Austin as Vice President of Land, managing the land department supporting vertical drilling across the lower 48. Drew earned his B.B.A. in Energy Commerce from Texas Tech University.

Jessica Adkins
Director of land adminLand professional with more than 15 years of experience in land administration, lease and contract management, database maintenance, and GIS. Prior to joining ValleyView, held the position of Land Administration and GIS Manager at Three Rivers Operating Company. Experienced in supporting land operations through accurate recordkeeping, data management, and GIS-based mapping solutions.
David Goodman
Experienced in-house Landman with more than 20 years in the oil and gas industry, with a background spanning land operations, drilling support, rig schedule management, and asset development. Held leadership positions with Three Rivers Energy, serving as Vice President of Land during Three Rivers III and Senior Landman during Three Rivers II. Prior experience includes land management roles with XTO Energy and Occidental Petroleum, supporting operations across the Permian Basin and California's Ventura Basin. Graduate of Texas Tech University.
DIRECTORTexas-licensed title attorney with 16 years of experience, previously licensed in North Dakota, whose practice has focused on title examination, curative matters, and due diligence related to the acquisition and divestiture of producing and nonproducing oil and gas assets. Extensive experience drafting and reviewing thousands of title opinions and addressing complex title issues throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Land professional with more than 15 years of experience in land and asset management across major oil and gas basins in Texas and New Mexico. His background includes acquisitions, leasing, title examination, curative, due diligence, and surface negotiations for producing and nonproducing assets. Prior to ValleyView, Sean served as a Senior Landman with Riverbend Energy and managed Midland and Upton County assets for Parsley Energy. He brings a well-rounded perspective gained from both field operations and asset transactions. Baylor University graduate.
Land managerSean Reid
In-house Landman with 40 years of experience focused on capturing opportunities and developing sound land strategies to accomplish company objectives. Career includes land roles with Burlington Resources, EOG Resources, Concho Resources, Apache Corporation, and several private operators. Extensive experience in the Permian, Fort Worth, and Anadarko Basins, as well as the Texas Gulf Coast and South Texas. Proven negotiation skills and a demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, and execute complex projects. Graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a B.B.A. in Petroleum Land Management.

Business operations and owner relations professional with experience supporting clients, coordinating projects, and managing key administrative functions in the energy industry. Expertise includes division order administration, owner relations, and project support across diverse assets. Brings 12 years of leadership experience and oversees ValleyView's operations, client communications, and brand initiatives.
